Providing maintenance and repair services to communities and individual residences. Our Service Technicians have a wide array of skills to facilitate repair and replacement to most components. Services are extended to individual homeowners in addition to communities managed by Forest Green Realty & Management.

Services - including but not limited to

Hanging window treatments, installation of shelves, TV's, pictures, etc
Minor Plumbing (replacing or updating faucet, updating shower fixtures, etc)
Minor Electrical (replacing or updating outlets, light fixture, doorbell, smoke alarms etc)
Drywall repairs
Finish carpentry
Replacing door handles/locks
Building [out of box] and installing furniture
Turning exterior spigot on/off
Flooring repair (carpet excluded)
Changing smoke/Co alarms and batteries
Changing furnace filters
Replacing light bulbs and photocells
Wrapping furnace or plumbing pipes causing condensation
Changing out interior door including closets and re-installing closet door tracks
Shingle repairs
Exterior caulking
Exterior repairs (gutters/downspouts, siding, fencing, asphalt patching)
Demolition
Site Cleanup
Gutter cleaning
Minor roof repairs
Interior and exterior painting and touch ups

24/7 Emergency Response Available

No Hidden Costs!

Regular (7:30AM - 4:00PM M - F): $75/hour plus tax and materials

After-Hours: $112.50/hour plus tax and materials

Sundays & Holiday: $150/hour plus tax and materials

Emergency Response Fee: $75.00

Services are billed out in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum

Payment is due upon service completion and credit card on file will be charged. Receipt will be emailed.
